A cocktail party for our citizens was held at the Embassy on April 18, 2024, on the occasion of the inauguration of the new ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Argentina, Veljko Lazić. Numerous representatives of our diaspora and representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Buenos Aires gathered at the Embassy.

For many citizens, this was the first time to visit the Embassy, ​​since its headquarters were moved to a new location last year. In contact with citizens, the importance of cooperation with the diaspora was emphasized, which represents an important resource for the development of Serbia itself, while in Argentina it is an important bridge of cooperation between our two countries.

Upcoming events in the field of culture were also announced, primarily concerts by our artists, the week of Serbian contemporary film and the promotion of a book, which the Embassy intends to organize in the coming period.
