Having in mind the high tourist season, we would like to inform that underaged foreign citizens, when traveling alone, may cross the Serbian national gorders without the written consent by their parents.

As for the Serbian citizens, those younger than 16, when traveling alone, or acompanied by a person that is not their parent or legal custodian, need to have a certified consent by both parents (if they perform parental duties together) or by the legal custodian. If the child is traveling acompanied by one of the parents, the written consent by the other parent is not required.
